Returns & Exchanges
At OAK + FORT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached to be processed.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
